Neil's left second molar from the front has popped through but didn't push the baby tooth out. The baby tooth is on the side of Neil's gum line - on the inside - and it's all swollen. And it's not loose enough to pull out. This would explain the on and off headaches this weekend. Sounds like a dental visit to me tomorrow.

Ouch with the tooth--should be a quick fix at the dentist, but another trip to make in what is probably a crazy day for you!
